The Tanew Rapids are one of the most beautiful tourist routes in the Roztocze region. They are small, picturesque waterfalls whose history goes back to the Tertiary period. The Tanew Nature Reserve has been established here which includes the most beautiful sections of the valleys of the Tanew and Jelen Rivers. There are tourist and educational routes here. In the bend of the Tanew River in the village of Rebizanty, there are 24 waterfalls in a distance of just 400 m.
