Spa House "Chopin" is situated in the Dusznik-Zdrój spa park, a well-known spa resort located on the former trade route leading from Prague to Wrocław. The resort is situated in the narrow valley of the Bystrzyca Dusznicka River, at an altitude of 588 metres above sea level, surrounded by extensive forests – it owes its reputation to many medicinal springs and a strong stimulus climate with some features of a subalpine climate.
The Sanatorium has retained its intimate and stylish character from the times when the great Polish composer Frederic Chopin stayed here. He came to Duszniki for treatment in the summer of 1826. Its picturesque location on a hill means you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Spa Park with displays of coloured fountains.
